I wish there was a free account/backup option! Also it would be so amazing if I could print my memories in a journal book! that would be a great addition to the app!

This is a user-friendly app that makes it easy to keep a daily journal.

The title says it all. Its easy to use and makes journaling fast. You can make quick notes or longer entries. I love that you can include photos, places, tags and add people. Its like scrap booking meets journaling on your phone. Love it.

I was impressed by the interface of the app, it is very clean, nothing is useless. It is very pleasant to use the app, and the daily reminders do not seem annoying at all. I was not expecting such an app for free. Thank you!

I like the new interface and it was good to see that videos could be uploaded now. The import from Momento Classic went quite fast and without major data missing. However all favored locations saved in the old version are not longer available. I need to input them all again. And there are some features that definitely needs to be improved. I am not using the iCloud/ Drive functionality for my Photos as I use Fickr for storage. So once you transfer your photos from your device to Flickr the photos in the app will not be displayed anymore. This is a very crucial feature to me! In addition if you like to add Photo or a video to an event- this is not possible. And the Supportline is not answering your questions. That is very annoying. I would very much appreciate a fix of this features.

Still no cross device synchronisation. Why can this be so difficult. Everybody else can do it. 5 stars when it’s sorted out. I love the app otherwise.

This app is the best. It will get 5 stars when it introduces landscape typing and cross device syncing. These are bog standard aspects of almost every text app available today. Hell, Id even pay a bit more just for those.

I paid for this app with the promise that the features now only available with subscription. So the developer lied. Thats an absolutely no go. I will delete it and switch to and other app with one time payment. Will be a lot of work to bring my data there. But I buy stuff, not renting them. Same as I do with any other app that did so. To bad. Bringing updates doesnt change anything.

I like the classic better. This new app missing the calendar. I find weird to see my picture every time I click the months. I decided to use the classic until the calendar update. Ive been using this app since 2011.

Sadly, this is not compatible with iPas (yet). The layout of the pictures are boring and it is not possible to highlight one photo in the day. The other problem, is that if you delete the original photo in your iPhone, the one in momento also disappear. So for now, it’s useless, but promising if the app developer work on it.

Ive been a long time user of Momento. This upgrade is well worth it! Skip a Latte at Starbucks and get this app!

It has a very nice UI and works well with automatic feeds from Facebook, Instagram etc. but needs an export to PDF function.

Man, this app was so promising... I got through the first few days journaling and adding photos and a what not then I came upon the realization that the photos/journal posts arent uploaded to anything. "Photos arent unavailable on this device" occurs if I am to delete pictures off my device. It doesnt save along with my back ups. Feel like thats a serious flaw.

Long time user of momento. Im totally hooked so had no problem ponying up for the new version. Im still getting used to the new layout in version 3. I can see that theres some real potential for interesting future developments. What I love: -moves integration. Really helpful when Im looking back trying to remember where I was on a particular day. Id love to see some options for which data to pull in if possible. -Instagram integration. Presents IG posts really nicely. Also pulls location data if included in original IG post. -hashtag recognition. I like being able to tap on a hashtag within an entry and see all entries with the same hashtag. What I hope to see going forward: -quick entries. Id love to see a widget added so I could make quick entries from the iOS control center -share sheet integration. Id love to have a momento option on the share sheet within safari so that I could quickly make an entry related to the current website Im visiting. -Google photos. I use this to back up all my photos and videos because they have free unlimited storage so it would be great to have Momento pull in photos from there. -audio entries. This would be a nice quick way to add entries when its too cold out or not convenient tap your thumbs. -calendar entries. It would be great to be able to pull in calendar entries to give a bit more context to what happened on a particular day. Looking forward to some great developments going forward. Momento classic was better. One could transfer data and it was much easier to edit, hide time etc. It was better for making late enteries. I paid for this and now I will not use it because transferring data is vital to my journal keeping. Developers plan to fix this but until they do I will be using something else.

Should "borrow " from classic version especially timeline, overall worth it

Would be awesome to have statistics. How many times I was sick last year compare to previous years. Also want a synced Ipad version. States examples: Sick: flu, cold Vacation: home, cuba Home Weather: get it from Carrot e.g. Its a beautiful, sunny day!! Ha ha just kidding. Its raining.

Not half as many feeds present in the new version. Would not recommend upgrading.
