Had high hopes.... Lost a year

I so agree with Hikittys review.
Editing & changing the time & date should be easier.
I also lost a whole year of my journal entries when I updated my phone. Yes it was my fault but I had done previous backups to computer & couldnt access those to get it back! The developers dont support the earlier version & just sent a generic reply as to what to do which doesnt work. Since the whole point of this is to preserve those precious memories- they should understand how frustrating & important it is to get those entries back! Looking at Day One now.
